Every Partition bullet in the Nosler line is engineered with an optimum length, weight and ogive design for maximum in-flight and terminal performance. The fully tapered copper-alloy jacket ruptures instantly at the thin mouth, yet the gradual thickening along the bullet's axis controls expansion and curls the jacket uniformly outward at high and low velocities. Nosler's integral partition supports the expanded mushroom and retains the rear lead alloy core. Enclosed rear core retains more than half the original bullet weight for deep penetration. Special crimp locks add strength to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy magnums.

Firearm Safety 101

Published: March 26, 2025

Firearm safety is a fundamental responsibility for all gun owners. Understanding and following basic gun safety rules can prevent accidents and ensure responsible firearm handling.

1. Treat Every Firearm as if It's Loaded

Even if you believe a firearm is empty, always handle it with caution. This mindset ensures proper respect for the weapon and reduces the risk of negligent discharge.

2. Keep Your Finger Off the Trigger

Never place your finger on the trigger unless you are ready to fire. This rule prevents accidental discharges, which can happen if your finger slips or if you are startled.

3. Store Firearms Securely

Use a gun safe or a secure locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. Always store ammunition separately to enhance safety.

4. Be Aware of Your Target and Beyond

Always know what is in front of and behind your target before pulling the trigger. Bullets can travel long distances and penetrate unintended objects.
